Dr. Jill Hackley is a Licensed Psychologist with over 15 years of specialized training and experience in reproductive psychology, neuropsychological assessment, and trauma-informed care. Dr. Hackley is also highly skilled in neuropsychological testing, providing comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses for a wide range of psychological and neurological conditions.
Dr. Hackley’s clinical background includes extensive work with clients facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and adoption-related concerns. Her expertise in attachment and bonding enhances her ability to address the unique needs of individuals and families navigating complex emotional experiences. She utilizes tailored psychological assessments to create actionable strategies that improve mental health and overall well-being.

Dr. Rabia Subhani is a licensed psychologist with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology. She specializes in neuropsychological and psychological assessments, particularly for autism and ADHD in late-diagnosed, masking adults. She brings extensive experience working with people across different ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds, with a special focus on women, gender-diverse, and transgender individuals.
In addition to her neurodiversity work, Dr. Subhani conducts immigration evaluations, including U-Visa assessments and Medical Disability Exception (N-648) waivers. She is fluent in Urdu and Hindi, and proficient in Punjabi, allowing her to offer culturally and linguistically responsive care.
Her assessments are neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, TGDQ-affirming, and culturally sensitive. Dr. Subhani has worked with neurodivergent populations since the 1990s and identifies as neurodivergent herself (ADHDer with sensory processing differences).
Beyond clinical work, she consults with organizations to implement neurodivergent-affirming and mindfulness-based practices. She is also a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, a Sufi spiritual mentor, and a serial entrepreneur. Her true passion lies at the intersection of spirituality and neurodivergence.

Dr. Kristina Disney is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist with a dual Ph.D. in Clinical and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, specializing in Forensics. She brings over 15 years of experience across diverse clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, as well as correctional institutions.
Dr. Disney has served as a court-appointed psychologist and subject matter expert, completing hundreds of forensic evaluations for both adults and adolescents. Her evaluations include assessments of competency to proceed, criminal responsibility, dual diagnoses, personal injury, parental fitness, immigration (VAWA) evaluations, and risk assessment, as well as psycho-legal evaluations addressing malingering, intellectual functioning, personality structure, and general psychopathology.
She has also provided mental health and crisis de-escalation training to law enforcement and conducted disability evaluations for military service members and veterans. In addition, Dr. Disney has completed more than a thousand pre-employment suitability and fitness-for-duty evaluations for public safety personnel, law enforcement officers, and various government agencies.

She works with individuals across the lifespan, with a focus on autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, learning differences, and other neurodevelopmental and mood-related concerns.
Dr. Campbell earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology and has extensive experience conducting evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical approach emphasizes comprehensive, individualized assessments that provide meaningful, evidence-based recommendations. She is passionate about helping clients and families better understand their unique strengths and challenges in order to foster growth and self-awareness.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Campbell is a mother of three and enjoys painting and diving into complex forensic and neuropsychological topics in her free time.

This personal background shapes her compassionate, culturally responsive approach to care—especially when supporting individuals navigating complex legal and social systems.
Dr. Hagans provides thorough, trauma-informed immigration evaluations, including hardship, VAWA, asylum, and other documentation needs. Her assessments are tailored to the specific context of each case, and she prioritizes respectful, client-centered care in every interaction. Dr. Stark earned her doctorate in psychology from Argosy University in Southern California and is currently licensed in New York, Florida, Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico. She is deeply passionate about trauma treatment, having begun her clinical training working with children and adolescents born HIV-positive.
Throughout her career, Dr. Stark has lived and worked in a variety of states and countries, gaining experience across diverse settings, including non-profit organizations, university assessment centers, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and outpatient treatment facilities. She has also provided in-home services to autistic individuals—an experience she found especially meaningful and rewarding.
Dr. Stark is trained in all evidence-based trauma therapies and is a firm believer in the power of validating her clients' experiences. She enjoys conducting psychological assessments, facilitating group therapy, and providing supervision to early-career clinicians.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Stark treasures time with her daughter and their five dogs—ensuring there’s never a dull moment at home!

Dr. Greta Carlson is a licensed psychologist and board-certified in clinical child and adolescent psychology. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, with a strong clinical interest in psychodynamic approaches to psychological assessment.
Dr. Carlson earned her doctorate in psychology from The George Washington University and completed an APA-accredited internship at Friends Hospital. She went on to complete a residency in child and adolescent psychology at the Center for Cognitive Therapy and Assessment and a postdoctoral fellowship in trauma and dissociative disorders at Sheppard Pratt Health System.
Her therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices with a warm, empathic style, helping clients deepen their understanding of themselves, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Carlson contributed a book chapter on psychological assessment with children under age five and has presented at national conferences, including the Society for Personality Assessment and APA Division 39. She also served on a task force dedicated to reducing bias in cross-cultural assessment and remains committed to ongoing professional development.

Dr. Zamira Castro is a licensed psychologist with specialized training in psychological assessment, trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She earned her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Miami and completed her postdoctoral residency in a public hospital setting, providing care to a diverse adult population with co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions.
Dr. Castro has extensive experience supporting individuals from a wide range of racial, ethnic, gender, sexual, and socioeconomic backgrounds. She works with adults navigating complex psychological concerns related to trauma, life transitions, immigration, chronic medical conditions, and identity. She also has advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the Florida Psychoanalytic Center and has completed immigration evaluation training through Physicians for Human Rights and The Immigration Evaluation Training Center.
Her clinical work includes in-depth assessment and therapy for individuals with neurodevelopmental differences such as autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and learning disorders. Dr. Castro provides evaluations and therapy in both English and Spanish and is committed to offering care that is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for each client’s lived experience.

He earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, an APA-accredited program, and has over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy and conducting psychological evaluations in clinical, forensic, and immigration settings.
Dr. Robinson has worked extensively with high-risk and underserved populations, including individuals with PTSD, neurocognitive disorders, and autism spectrum conditions. He has conducted a wide range of evaluations, including competency, disability, and forensic custody assessments. He also has specialized experience in immigration-related evaluations, such as N-648 waivers and hardship assessments, as well as Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and veteran disability assessments.
His approach is grounded in current psychological science, with a strong emphasis on ethical, evidence-based practice. Dr. Robinson also offers ketamine-assisted therapy for individuals with treatment-resistant mood disorders.

Dr. Novotny has extensive experience in psychological assessment, trauma, and addiction medicine. She is also trained in conducting immigration evaluations and completed a specialized 12-week program focused on asylum, hardship waivers, T visas, and VAWA petitions. Her clinical approach is rooted in safety, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s story.
As an immigrant herself, Dr. Novotny brings personal insight to her work and a strong commitment to supporting those facing adversity. She believes in the power of healing and transformation and is passionate about helping individuals build meaningful, fulfilling lives.

She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Doctoral degree in Psychotherapy Research. Her training and clinical work span both the United States and South America, where she developed a strong foundation in culturally sensitive care.
Pamela specializes in parent-child psychotherapy and family counseling, with a particular focus on supporting young children, adolescents, and their families. She works closely with parents to provide guidance on development, parenting strategies, and psychoeducation. In addition to her work with children and families, she provides individual and couples therapy, with an emphasis on understanding each client’s unique personality, needs, and lived experiences.
As both a therapist and evaluator, Pamela is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. She has a deep interest in immigration-related evaluations and approaches this work with care, cultural awareness, and ethical responsibility. Her assessments are comprehensive, compassionate, and grounded in a deep respect for each individual’s story.
